Rebid 3NT or make a game forcing cuebid, 2♦. Do not rebid 3♣ which is not a forcing bid.
Be optimistic. Hope that the club suit works. Make the percentage play in clubs. Cross to dummy’s ♥K and lead the ♣10. Finesse against East’s ♣Q.
