Do not grab your winners. You do not hold enough to make 3NT.
You hold 3 sure winners in spades once the suit has been touched. Your AKJ lies in the fourth seat.
Establish hearts. To avoid a block, first play the ♥J from your hand and the ♥5 from the dummy, regardless of which hand you need to start from. Surrender a winner twice to the ♥A/K. The remaining 3 hearts will be promoted. Magnetize yourself to hearts!
